Synopsis
Katy Warren had it all. A new husband, who was a successful theater actor and their whole lives ahead of them. But then Liam got discovered and once whisked off to Hollywood, he changed. After a night of being ignored for "business", Katy decides she can't handle it and leaves. Taking back her maiden name, and deciding to go for a Psychology degree she leaves Liam Warren and his celebrity behind, but she never got a divorce and Liam hasn't stopped looking for her. When their paths cross again, Liam does all he can to fight for their love even with Katy fighting against him.
Review
In this debut novel, Bethany captures want young love truly means. I was impressed by the novel. Everyone knows what it feels like to be saddened by your first love. Katy the main character in the novel left Liam without looking back. She thought it was the best decision for her and their relationship.
Katy moves on with her life; going to college in a small town and changing what people call her. Until that day that the famous Liam shows up at her school because he’s filming a movie nearby. Little does Katy know that Liam will do anything because he never stopped loving Katy?
Kate (which she goes by now) is dating Lucas. Lucas has no idea how to respond to this situation. Kate is definitely in a dilemma. The only person that knows it all now is her roommate Krista. Krista is one of the side stories in this novel; and she definitely is a cool ass chick.
You will fall in the love with the characters in this story, I know I did. It was very well written and it flowed nicely, I wasn’t sure if this was going to be the typical, run away and come back story. Let me tell you, it was not that; you have ups and downs, sadness, killing, police, guns, movie stars, a remote island, and eventually happiness. You won’t know what happened when you start the book. So, I hope Bethany Daniel will keep up the amazing work!!!
