ASH

She let me kiss her. She didn’t argue with me when I told her that we would never say goodbye. She smiled, just slightly but it was still a smile, when I called her my Psyche. I couldn’t focus on all of the other things she said. I knew she was angry and hurt; she had every right to be. I had tried to deny what she meant to me one too many times, and I was still afraid the last time may have cost me her forever.

But finally I had something I hadn’t had in a long time ~ hope. Despite her hateful words and lashing out, I finally felt a semblance of the peace I could only find in her presence. I didn’t know what my next move was, but I sure the fuck wasn’t giving up. After experiencing a life without her in it, I would never give up on her. I would never give up on us.

Erin Noelle is a Texas native, where she lives with her husband and two daughters. First a bookkeeper, and now an author, she often jokes that she’s a woman of numbers by day and letters by night. Review

What can I say.. I was looking forward to this book and it was even better than expected!!!  When Scarlett ran out on Mason after their first time, I was devastated!!! Then she came back to her Rat boy and told him that she loves him.  I was on cloud nine, we knew that he truelly did love her.  

Mason was overjoyed and didn’t want Scarlett to ever run away again. 

On the other hand, you have ASH and he’s happy that Scarlett is back but he knows that he needs to change who he is, if he thinks he’ll have a chance after her catching him in bed with the bimbo!! And when she showed up to the bar and told everyone that she was there for Mason and certainly not him, he was devastated.

Scarlett is still dealing with the loss of losing Evie, her closest dearest friend in the world!! Evie's boyfriend Max is still in shut down mode and it will take Scarlett to bring back his personality and life!! Their relationship/friendship will take a turn that will blow your mind!! But overall, Scarlett will help remind Max of why they loved Evie so very much. 

So, we now have Scarlett and Mason trying to build their relationship but some issues are gonna arise that she will not be prepared for.  Life happens and if her and Mason aren’t on the same page, who knows what direction that their relationship will go.  And don't forget ASH will be waiting for his butterfly!! 

Pick up this book see what happens.  I was not expecting the turn of events that Erin puts into her books.  You have your love triangle that we already know about but the twists and turns will be so completely unexpected that you’ll be blown away.  I couldn’t put the book down until the end!!!  

Book 3 Euphoria will be out in late 2013… Who’s team are you on.. (is it bad that I still have a soft spot for MASON!) Let me know what you thought of the book.. Hope you enjoyed my review, I loved the book and I hope that you will too!!!

She loved tormenting him, making him tremble with anticipation, his breath hitching in his throat. She knew it turned him on, and she’d also discovered that his blood tasted even better than usual when he was aroused.

“Now go to the wall and spread your arms. Make it easy for me to punish you,” she commanded.

Oberon obeyed, leaning against the wall and placing his wrists into the metal cuffs embedded in the wall. Simone locked the cuffs and left him like that.

A moment later, she returned looking like Catwoman in a black latex bodysuit, her hair pulled into a high, thick ponytail. She’d accessorized with thick studded cuffs at her wrists, a braided whip at her waist and a dagger in her hand.

Walking slowly and deliberately toward Oberon, she sliced through all his clothing, removing it and his weaponry piece by piece. Dropping the dagger she tilted her head to appreciate the sight of him: completely naked, vulnerable, and helpless—and hard for her, of course. Good.

She showed him her fangs then lowered her mouth to his jugular and bit into the skin lightly, releasing only a few drops of blood. She lowered her head to his chest, tracing the muscles there with her tongue, and then, using her fangs as daggers, she pierced his skin in unexpected places: his chest, shoulders, biceps, abs, hips.
